Not into Triathlon and just love to run? Well, we've got a program for you too!
Like our triathlon plans, the focus remains on you, the athlete. Our plans are custom designed with your unique goals and performance characteristics and objectives in mind. Our plans are delivered in 4 week blocks but, of course, can be modified based on schedule impacts from outside influences (work/life) or training/recovery factors, as well.
Power2Tri Multisport has helped athletes at all race distances including first time marathon runners, though multiple Boston Marathon Qualifiers.
OUR SERVICES INCLUDE
This program is ideal for the athletes seeking to take their performance to the next level, looking for a dynamic approach addressing key pillars for performance and periodic coach interaction. We directly address elements like the periodization, main event fueling & race plan and a functional movement assessment. Also, the program is delivered bi-weekly including a check in with your coach to review your training progress and develop the next training block while considering life: travel, family, work, races, weather, etc.
